Tiny Harbor Co.

Tiny Harbor Co. is a cozy management sim where you run a small port, route incoming ships, and gradually build up the town around it. It's the kind of game you leave running while you do something else and check on now and then.

The early game is genuinely charming as you unlock new dock types and watch your harbor get busier. Our one complaint is that the mid-game slows down and starts asking you to wait a lot. We'd have liked more decisions and less waiting during that stretch.

Still, if you want something calming to poke at before bed, it does the job. The art is warm and the little ship animations never got old for us.
